Who We Are
Axiallon Software was formed from a core group of people that have worked together in various companies for some as long as 20+ years. Our collective experience spans many different types of projects in various industries, from commercial to non-profit, private to government, Fortune 500 to start-up, enterprise, desktop, web and mobile.
While we have had the opportunity to work on some really cool technology projects, what has shaped us and been the most rewarding part of the work has been the relationships we have built with other people, our clients and each other.
Axiallon has teams in California, Idaho and Texas. We are a company with a great history together, and an even greater purpose.
OUR PURPOSE
To glorify God, which will be demonstrated by our excellence in delivering technical solutions. We fulfill our purpose by practicing Biblically-based principles that demonstrate the value of all people and call us to glorify God by doing our best in everything. The greatest commandment as discussed in the gospel of Matthew says that we should love God with everything that we are and do, and then adds that we should also love people as ourselves. It asserts that everything else that we should do is based on this as a foundation. So this is where Axiallon finds its purpose and foundation for everything it does.
Core Values
Our Core Values can be summed up with the Biblical mandate that we, “Do unto others as we would have done to ourselves.” We could produce a list of characteristics that we seek to embody and follow as a company. But inevitably, we either leave some things off the list or the list becomes way too big. We seek to allow ourselves to intellectually engage this principle, examine ourselves in light of it, guide our actions and interactions, and shape us and our culture.
